The Center for Literature and Medicine will present a lecture by 2013 Margaret Clark Morgan Scholar Robert Peralta on Wednesday, Feb. 6, 2013, at 6:30 p.m. in the Kennedy Center Ballroom.
Peralta, an associate professor of sociology at the University of Akron, will speak on the topic: “Sociological Perspectives on Alcohol and Alcohol-Related Interpersonal Violence: Why Gender, Race, and Sexuality Matter.”
Each year, the Center for Literature and Medicine’s Margaret Clark Morgan scholar discusses a topic relating to mental health. This lecture is co-sponsored by the Margaret Clark Morgan Foundation.
