Hiram College will hold its annual Halloween celebration for area children on Wednesday, Oct. 24, from 6-8 p.m. in the Kennedy Center.
Hiram Halloween is a carnival designed for kids and their families to have a fun and safe way to celebrate Halloween by trick or treating inside. Student organizations, as well as faculty and staff, join together to pass out candy to the children and help with various activities.
The event is free, though guests are asked to bring non-perishable food items as a donation to the Nelson Garrettsville Community Cupboard.
The Residential Education Office at Hiram sponsors this event. Students Emily Moore, Hannah Brown, Carson Applewhite and Bobby Noel made up the student committee.
