After years of food appreciation, especially mustards, Jim Scher created his own mustard recipe and began manufacturing it alongside his wife, Karen, in their Warren kitchen. He shared his pepper mustard with his friends, and after a few years of encouraging responses from family and friends, he decided to make his product available commercially. The couple will discuss how they launched their product in 2009 to rave reviews and intense demand, and are now expanding their product line.
